JANUARY

19th Saturday  District Paperwork Meeting ( Morrilton )

26th Saturday Breakfast at 9:00 AM Barnhill,s and a ride afterward if weather permits.

FEBRUARY

16thSaturday  Lunch at Kelley's in Wynne. AR. Meet at Kum-Go station ( south of bypass ) at 10:30 AM for ride down there. If to cold, we will 4 wheel.

MARCH

8th Saturday Chapter L Rally ( Conway )

13th Thursday Dinner get-together ( either 2 or 4 wheel ) 7:PM Ed's Carfish

15th Saturday Bike Show at Memphis ( Agri. Center, Walnut Grove Road ) Leaving Exxon Station on Commerce Drive 9 AM  There will be a Custom, Stock and Antique Bike Show, $15:00 entry fee to enter bike. Dealers are displaying all the New Year’s models. You can go to cycleshows.com for bike show entry form and a $1:00 off admission coupon. Admission is $7:00 for adults, $3:00 for kids, and 10 yrs. and under are free.

April

6th Sunday  Replace the Monthly meeting with a get-together Fish Fry at Wayne & Kathy Hall's home  With the chapter buying the fish and everyone bring the fixings. Check newsletter for details. Directions: Take 63 North to Dan Ave exit. End of ramp turn right. Go to stop light and turn left going over the RR tracks. Go app. One mile. You will pass a small farm pond on your left. When you reach the bottom of this hill turn left. Go to the “T” and then turn left. The road will curve to the right and from this curve, we are the fifth house on the left. |Look for the Gazebo in the front yard.

(If coming from East direction make loop to right at exit 45.

At Stop sign turn right.

At signal light turn right onto Hwy 49 South.

At signal light turn left onto Parker Rd.)

 

(If coming from west direction take exit 45 to Hwy 49 South.

Turn right at stop sign and immediately get into left turn lane.

At Signal light turn left onto Parker Rd.)

 

(If coming from south direction on Hwy 49, go to first signal light.

Go 0.4 miles to South Culberhouse, turn Right.

Go 2.0 Miles to Forest Park Rd, turn left.

Go 0.2 miles to Forest Park Loop, turn left.

Go 0.8 miles to Access Road 3, turn right.

27th Saturday KY-IL Ride, to add Kentucky and Illinois to our map of states, on a bike. This will be a day ride of about 315 miles. Details later on e-mail. Maps and Info.

10th - 11th Friday - Saturday Oklahoma District Rally ( Muskogee. OK )

16th -18th Thursday - Saturday Mississippi District Rally ( Biloxi, MS , Gulf Coast Coliseum Convention Center, 2350 Beach Blvd.) COME JOIN US FOR THIS RALLY. SOME OF US HAVE RESERVATIONS AT SUPER 8. INFO AND REGISTRATION

The Horizons Seminar is meant to increase your opportunities for enjoying the best that life and GWRRA have to offer. Bring your Chapter because Chapters that learn together, grow together!
 Come have fun while learning more about teambuilding, communications, expectations, meetings and more! Discover more about yourself and those around you while improving your own personal skills! You won't want to miss this fun, interactive event!
 GWRRA Horizons will be held at UACCM (University of Arkansas Community College Morrilton) Morrilton, Arkansas.

Saturday Oct. 13th 875th return Celebration at Imboden State Park from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M.

 

Saturday Oct. 13th Arkansas Fallen Heroes Memorial Motorcycle Run starts at VFW in Jonesboro and ends at Village Creek State Park, 1st bike out at 10:30, last bike out at 12:00.

 

Saturday Oct. 20th Arkansas Memorial Picnic at Burns Park Pavilion #10 (Little Rock).

Saturday Oct. 27th  Will be our Members Appreciation Day, Breakfast at Front Page Cafe. The chapter will be picking up the tab for the meal. After the meal we are planning a Fall color ride in the lower part of Missouri.

Saturday Nov.10th  Veterans Day Parade

Saturday Nov. 17th The 23rd Annual Jonesboro Toy Run - Everyone will leave @ 2:00 P.M. SHARP!!! Registration starts at 10:00 A.M. at the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Shop.  The ride will go from the H-D shop to Parker Rd west to S-west Dr. north to  Washington St. East to Caraway Rd. South to Race St. east to Temple Baptist Church on Stadium.
The women of Temple Baptist is going to have Chili for everyone after the ride.
Also the Association is having a party for everyone that wants to go over there with live by also.

CHRISTMAS PARADES

Dec. 2nd Trumann Christmas Parade. The line up and judging will be at 1 PM at the old Wal-Mart parking lot ( on Hwy. 463 ) where we have always met and parade will start at 2 PM . The parade route will be the same as last year and they are to glad to have us back this year. In case of rain the parade will be the next Sunday.

Dec. 3rd Monette Christmas Parade. Lineup after 5:15 P.M. with judging between 6-6:30 P.M.

Dec. 4th Paragould Christmas parade.  

Dec. 6 th Jonesboro Christmas parade. Line up at 6:30 p.m. at Cherry and Church. Starts at 7:00 p.m.

Dec. 8th Bono Christmas Parade. Line up at 6:00 P.M. Starts at 7:00 P.M.

Dec. 8th Caraway Christmas Parade. Line up at 5:30, starts at 6:00 P.M.

Dec. 8th is the date for the Ar. Dist. Toy Run to the Children’s Hospital and Christmas Party at Brown's Country Store and Restaurant in Benton.

 

Saturday Dec. 8th  Dist. Toy Run - Meet @ North Little Rock Honda @ 10:00 AM Leave for Hospital at 12:00 PM - also - Dist. Christmas Party @ Brown's Country Store & Restaurant @Benton, AR @ 5 PM - Chapter D  will leave from the BP Station on 49 South across from Country Mart at 8:30 AM, weather permitting some on bikes, and some in Autos.
